Position Summary :
- The Payroll Fundraising Manager will support ImpactGuru Foundation to mobilize financial and non-monetary resources through payroll functions of organizations.
- He or she will lead IGF's associations with multiple existing and new stakeholders among corporates.
- The Manager constantly focuses on strengthening existing relationships within these partners as well as cultivating new champions among these stakeholders.
- This role works closely with the internal functions of IGF such as Program team, Finance team and Impact team to develop win-win opportunities to maximize our impact within and beyond.
Responsibilities :
Payroll Giving :
- Develop, plan and implement a strategy to grow IGF's programs by bringing in payroll giving through different corporates and organizations.
- Play a key role by driving the volunteer management program and providing ongoing support to volunteers.
- Main point of contact for volunteers, matching the skills, experiences and expectations of volunteers to available positions.
- Responsible for operational aspects of the employee giving and employee volunteering portfolio of IGF including programmatic interventions.
- Support research on employee giving, and use findings to promote new ideas and concepts. Building a long term strategy to grow this vertical of IGF
- Design and manage Volunteering Calendar and activities.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Competencies :
- Strong project management skills including assessing progress to goals and making the necessary course corrections or reinforcements
- Strong business Development skills and prior experience in B2B relationships or HR/payroll partnerships
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in client facing roles or a similar role which should include around 2 years' experience in Technology and Marketing.
- Strong in the people quadrant with the ability to work with various people and build relationships.
- Have the ability to engage partners, both internal and external, on any level
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Multi-Tasker and a quick learner and implementer.
- Recording client's feedbacks market information (If any).
- Maintaining periodic status reports, activity reports, and calls/ follow-ups reports.
