Position Summary: The Direct Mail Marketing will support ImpactGuru Foundation (IGF) to mobilize financial and non-monetary resources through direct email marketing and engagement with individual donors for retention. He or she will lead IGFs associations with multiple existing and new stakeholders among direct donors. The Manager constantly focuses on strengthening existing relationships within these partners as well as cultivating new champions among these stakeholders. This role works closely with the internal functions of IGF such as Program team, Finance team and Impact team to develop win-win opportunities to maximize our impact within and beyond. Responsibilities: Direct Marketing: - Identify the target audience and grow our mail list. - Design and implement direct email marketing/donation campaigns. - Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling. Passion for Writing is an added skill. - Ensure mobile-friendly email templates. - Create email databases for lead generation and make sure that those are maintained bounce free. - Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements. - Should have a good handle on the Excel sheet and creating macros in it. - Wanting to do POCs on a plethora of tools to be able to hunt for a faster and better email marketing strategy, basically a solid tech mindset. - Ability to cold call people in different regions within India - One should be able to convince an existing client or prospect - Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future. - Following up on previous customers for potential donation. - Maintaining records of customer contacts. Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Competencies - Strong project management skills including assessing progress to goals and making the necessary course corrections or reinforcements - Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills - 3+ years of relevant work experience in client facing roles or a similar role which should include around 1-2 years experience in Technology and Marketing. - Strong in the people quadrant with the ability to work with various people and build relationships. - Have the ability to engage partners, both internal and external, on any level - Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel - Multi-Tasker and a quick learner and implementer. - Recording clients feedbacks market information (If any). - Maintaining periodic status reports, activity reports, and calls/follow-ups reports.
