- The role would require you to lead a sophisticated B2C product end to end which will be deployed in US market and will be first of its kind.

- Drive the product in the right direction

- Build an effective roadmap to prioritize important features while considering the business impact and ROI

- Take high-level feature proposals and customer problems and break them into small iterations that engineering can work on

- Balance new features, improvements, and bugfixes to ensure a high velocity and a stable product.

- Be the voice of the customer for your group.

- Take an active role in defining the future

- Create and maintain a vision for your product.

- Innovate within your product area by proposing ambitious features.

- Communicate and evangelize your product vision.

- Develop marketing strategies and coordinate with the marketing department to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products

- Contribute to documentation, blog posts, demos, and marketing materials for product features.

- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle

- Provide feedback and guidance to engineers and designers to ensure everyone is aligned.

- Collaborate with other Product Managers, UX, and Engineers in cross-area features to build a single application.

- Drive teams to acquire necessary data to back assumptions, show value, and drive prioritization.

- Test the products and record product defects effectively and identify product feature improvements

- Communicate defects/improvements to the product team and align the same with business goals

- Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines

- Monitor and report on users' reactions after launching

- Conduct training sessions, create support and training documents for clients and stake holders.

- Support the Product Team in any capacity that the Product Manager requires

WHAT LANDS YOU THIS ROLE :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2C software product management

- Exposure to B2C products in the US market would be a plus

- Some level of proficiency / exposure in any of the following HTML5, CSS3, Javascript frameworks - AngularJS2+, React Native, ReactJS, VueJS, PSQL, MongoDB, Java, NodeJS, Python - Flask, Django will be an advantage but not strictly necessary

Educational qualifications to match this experience:

- Passion for design and usability

- Independence and pragmatic approach to building

- Strong technically: you understand how software is built, packaged, and deployed.
