Digital Marketing Manager


The impact that you will be making:

- We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to manage our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will cohesively manage our company image to achieve our marketing goals.

- As a Digital Marketing Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

What does this role entail:

- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.

- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

- Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high quality content.

- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement.

- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos and news)

- Set specific objectives and report on ROI.

- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.

- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

- Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence.

- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

- Coaching employees' company-wide on content creation best practices.

What lands you in this role:

- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager with 5 - 8 years of experience

- Hands-on experience in content management

- A propensity for creative ideas and quick at problem-solving

- Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software

- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)

- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

- Knowledge of online marketing channels

- Familiarity with web design

- Effective time management skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, professional and proactive work ethic with excellent stakeholder management skills.

- Technically fluency - comfort in dealing with technical information and ability to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits.

- Excellent communication and writing skills in English

- Requisite bachelor's degree and/or master's degree in marketing, journalism, or relevant fields
