The candidate will be at the forefront of this acceleration with the opportunity to create significant impact both for our clients and IA. The ideal candidate will be required to deliver on two key aspect : 1. Nurture existing client relationships : - Work with the assigned delivery teams (Onsite and Offsite) for each of the clients to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction - Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers in other areas to push our offerings for the client's use cases - Leading Proof of Concept (PoC) work with existing data and information to increase our portfolio at existing clients 2. Grow client base : - Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers in need for analytics products and services for their business needs - Successfully leverage ideas across clients and industries to formulate the best practices and creative thinking to generate new sales leads and product ideas - Push frontiers of thought leadership/ developing new age offerings with the support of our best-in-class data and product teams Skills and Qualifications : - 4+ years of overall experience across analytics in Retail, CPG or Management Consulting is required - Should be currently based in US and have valid work authorization for atleast next 1 year - Bachelor's degree is must; MBA / Masters degree is a plus - Proven track record of handling complex enterprise sales processes, throughout the sales life-cycle in organisartion of repute - Experience of managing & leading in CXO-Level meetings and discussions - Understanding and experience of data analytics solutions is a plus - Analytical, flexible and creative thinker with a collaborative approach - Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills - Detail-oriented, data driven leader with the ability to multi-task, and task and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment We are looking for candidates based in US with work authorization only.
