iMobics - Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Own various product releases of Cloud computing platform including mainline feature, maintenance, and hot-fix releases.

- Provide accurate project plan and quality metrics for mainline feature, maintenance, and hot-fix releases.

- Conduct regular Agile based scrum and project review meetings to track progress and ensure timely release as per committed schedules with very high quality.

- Work with various stakeholders including product management, marketing, engineering et. Al. teams to finalize the release scope and committed project plan.

- Plan resource allocation and review resource utilization across various product releases.

- Triage various mainline feature release bugs and production issues with various stakeholders viz. Development, Test, Product Management, Operations, etc.

- Drive change management requests for the mainline feature, maintenance, and hot-fix releases - Work collaboratively with team members.

- Provide innovative and optimized solutions for assigned releases. Job Requirements:

- Experience in a Cloud Computing company highly desirable

- Experience in successfully managing projects based on Agile Scrum based process involving JAVA, J2EE, AWS, MySQL, Hibernate, Hazelcast, Multi-threading, Performance & Scaling, etc. technologies

- Experience of owning and delivering complex product releases including mainline feature releases, maintenance releases, hot-fix releases, etc.

- Demonstrable experience of 12+ years in program and project management involving Complex, Very Complex and Large features catering to preferably B2C/B2B market.

- Demonstrable experience with Project Management tools viz. Microsoft Project Plan, Primavera, etc.; MS-Office tools viz. Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.; Git, Jenkins, Nexus, JIRA, etc.

- Experience with new and emerging web, server and client-side platforms

- Ability to deliver on multiple deadlines and prioritize diligently as a self-directed individual, comfortable with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field 8+ of relevant work experience in program and project management of web - cloud-based products.
