(note: company is in stealth mode) Your tasks: - Part of the Product team building out our Zoho CRM solution and other internal tools to drive team efficacy and scale - Research solutions to business need and convert them into customized solutions in the CRM - Identify areas within the system that can be improved and automated, and implement changes in co-op with our tech team - Communicate new releases/modifications well to users and train/support to use new products &amp; updates - Identify and lead improvement &amp; automation projects - Think through UI and a streamlined user flow - Ensure project alignment with business problem &amp; analytics team to make sure all relevant data is available in the system Your profile: - 3-6 years- work exp. Strong educational background. - You are a technically minded perfectionist - You have experience with macros and programming - You have knowledge/experience with business tools (CRM, calendar, accounting, excel, email clients, project management) - You are passionate about and knowledge of new technology trends - You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment - Excellent spoken &amp; written communication skills in English - You work well in a team, collaborating and communicating appropriately.
