Immigration Specialist

- Should be knowledgeable on the current USA immigration and Laws

- Experience in coordinating with attorney Employment bases H1B petitions from start to end with minimum support.

- Knowledge of H1B Extensions, H1B Amendments and Transfer.

- Proactively communicate with employees and other relevant contacts regarding the status of their visa cases and extensions.

- Work as point of contact for H1B employees for documentation and procedures.

- Maintaining MIS reports (immigration cases) on monthly basis.

- Should have excellent communication skills and analytics ability.

- Should be good in Ms. Excel and PowerPoints.

- Knowledge of GC process would be advantage.
