IMImobile - Sr Manager - Business Operations

ROLE SUMMARY :

IMImobile has deployed its platform for State Government to enable M Governance services to citizens. We are seeking a creative, revenue driving and result oriented individual to identify revenue generating services, monetize opportunities and work with different teams.

- He/ She should be comfortable with technology products and bring a level of creativity to envision new solutions around existing technology capabilities.

- He/ She should understand the workings of the State Government and should be able to position IMImobile’s products and solutions according to their needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Responsible for identifying revenue generating services and monetizing opportunities.

- Meet MD/ CEO/ Secretaries of various Government departments and should be able to ideate, what mobile
services can be used for.

- Responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue and margin targets.

- Ensure that the product launched to the market is best in class and ensure superior customer experience.

- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.

- Responsible for raising invoice and collection by coordinating with Finance & Accounts team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

- Strong academic background in Business Management.

- Knowledge on mobility and apps.

- Conducted seminars and workshops.

- Prior demonstrated experience of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

- Ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly.

- Comfortable working in a high growth and results-driven environment.

- Highly self-motivated and target orientated.
