Product Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager :

IMImobile is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the marketing team for Textlocal. As a Marketing Manager, you will need to have a strong understanding of the consumer mindset and be responsible for delivering targeted communication through various media channels. You will need to drive awareness, engagement and demand generation for Textlocal.

Key responsibilities :

- Understand what is essentially a horizontal product (set of functionality) and think of applications/ use cases across different industry verticals and sectors.

- Define the marketing mix, understand and measure costs of customer acquisition vs. lifetime value of the customers and measure business performance against targets on an ongoing basis.

- Create content (case studies, blogs, newsletters, infographics, white papers, press releases etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, leads that deliver sales and customer retention.

- Manage SEO with insights from Google Analytics/Webmasters tools. You should be able to work cross- functionally with the external digital marketing and media agencies to execute the same.

- The package, price, and position the offering for each sector/ vertical and assist the production team to come up with high-quality collateral.

- Design and implement processes to manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle starting from driving awareness and stimulating trial to enhance loyalty and repeat purchases.

- Quantitatively/qualitatively assess the business case for targeting new sectors and identify routes to market (direct and indirect) and put together the necessary channel partnerships.

- Build a high level of empathy for the end users of the product and be the voice of these users within the company to drive ongoing usability and user experience improvements.

- Consistently assess product usage by customers and fine tune the product roadmap and operational processes.

- Collaborate with designers, sales professionals, external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.

Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. A post- graduation, full-time MBA would be preferred.

- 6-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B product Marketing

- Proven experience in preparing high-quality marketing collateral

- Experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including web analytics (google analytics/webmasters tools) and MS Excel.

- Excellent communication and data presentation skills that allow you to clearly, compellingly, and effectively influence audiences internally and externally, across organizational boundaries.
