DESIRED PROFILE

IMImobile is seeking a creative, results-oriented, revenue and margin driving marketing leader to champion the adoption of the company?s suite of SaaS products through digital and social media, inside sales and channel partners. IMImobile?s products leverage telecom network assets and other enablers such as payments, messaging and social media to enable businesses of all sizes improve customer engagement and employee productivity. The desired candidate should have a demonstrated track record in successful marketing of software products to businesses and should be able to bring a level of creativity to envision innovative ways of packaging and pricing the product while articulating the customer value proposition in a clear and compelling way. He/ she should understand procurement processes, technology adoption patterns and buying behavior of SMBs / enterprises and be able to understand and continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understand what is essentially a ?horizontal? product (set of functionality) and think of applications/use cases across different industry verticals and sectors.

- Able to quantitatively and qualitatively assess the business case for targeting new sectors.

- Able to package, price and position the offering for each sector / vertical.

- Create an effective marketing plan, build internal consensus and drive it?s execution.

- Come up with high quality collateral.

- Define the marketing mix, understand and measure costs of customer acquisition vs. lifetime value of the customers and measure business performance against targets on an ongoing basis.

- Design and implement processes to manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle starting from driving awareness and stimulating trial to enhancing loyalty and repeat purchases.

- Identify routes to market (direct and indirect) and put together the necessary channel partnerships.

- Build a high level of empathy for the end users of the product and be the voice of these users within the company to drive ongoing usability and user experience improvements.

- Consistently assess product usage by customers and fine tune the product roadmap and operational processes.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 6 to 10 years of prior experience of selling a software / telecom service to SMBs, using online, telesales and field sales as channels.

- Prefers a candidate who is in Hyderabad from the start and is willing to travel across India and UK.

- Technically literate and up to speed on latest network and mobile technologies.

- Experience in allocating marketing expenditure and can articulate why certain channels are used and the ROI calculations.

- Commercially led the development of a product and its go-to market strategy.

- Comfortable working in a high growth, entrepreneurial, dynamic and results-driven environment.

- Self-motivated and driven, tenacious, competitive and target orientated.
