Key Responsibilities :

- Complete Ownership of the SDLC for a key Cloud based Service including its implementation and in-life support.

- Technical design and Overall Architecture to ensure cloud based self-serve and on-premise deployments.

- Formulate plans and strategies to identify, evaluate, integrate and maintain the product on par with the market trends and latest technologies covering mobile, social and telecom networks.

- Drive Product Engineering to attain maximum efficiency in all aspects of Design, Development, Implementation, and Benchmarking.

- Review, Analyze and approve the Functional, Operational and in-life support requirements.

- Manage overall P and L for the accounts for the team from an overall delivery perspective and drive cost optimization initiatives.

- Manage a team of 30+ Engineers and external contractors/ consultants.

Skills & Experience :

- 10 -15 years overall experience in software development and delivery; at least 5+ years of team management and customer facing experience.

- Prior experience in a Technical Lead role or as an Architect is mandatory.

- Experience managing Product, Engineering and Deployment teams for end to end delivery management of cloud based web/ mobile applications.

- Proven experience with design and architecture of complex enterprise-class software with emphasis on scalability, performance, security, availability and operability.

- Development experience covering J2SE, J2EE, APIs, Mobile OS and middleware platforms.

- Experience on UX and UI technologies will be preferable.

- Integration with third party systems covering mobile networks, social networks and cloud based API platforms.

- Good people management and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable working in a high growth, dynamic and results-driven environment.
