- Be able to provide customers guidance in navigating on the website, mobile site and/ or social pages.
- Be comfortable accessing and switching between tools during a chat conversation to ensure they are able to give the most accurate and complete service possible
- Be able to collect on payment for orders while being firm and persuasive
- Be able to track the payment and send reminder calls, if necessary
- Be able to explain payment & other policies to the customer
- Should be able to retain customers interest and provide to-the-point information
- Must Utilize all related back end software (Shopify, Freshdesk etc) and be prompt in retrieving the correct information
- Possess exceptional judgment in determining how much time to spend with each customer at any given moment
- Aim to drive each call to a reasonable conclusion and if possible, closure to sale.
