About Us:

Imarticus Learning, a Mumbai-based financial service and data analytics training institute, is seeking a senior Product Development resource who will be responsible for creating and managing a product vertical. This will include a combination of different programs for different segments, geographies and delivery methods. This candidate will report to the Head of Product.

Description:

The Program Category Manager is responsible for the program planning and execution throughout the Program Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales, marketing and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Job Responsibilities:

- Define the product strategy and roadmap within a product vertical

- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure new product launches

- Enhancing the state of existing products in a specific category/vertical

- Domain know-how - from either a Finance or Digital Marketing background

- Staying abreast with competition, their offerings, and their product pricing

- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product vertical

- Work with third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

- Liaison with external SMEs and internal content teams to ensure fulfillment

- Deepen relations with product partners and key stakeholders

Skills:

- 4+ years of experience with majority experience in a Product Development role

- Demonstrated prior exposure in defining and launching products

- Project management know-how with timeline centricity

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

- Graduate/PostGraduate from a top-tier MBA school or equivalent

- Excellent communication skills to handle negotiations with clients
