Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source and manage diverse candidate pipelines, with active and passive candidates, by utilizing e-recruitment tools, including but not limited to Job Portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, university sourcing, and social & digital media channels.
- Consult and advise HR leads and hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of their talent needs while effectively managing expectations and overseeing the recruiting and hiring process.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for a variety of roles and at different levels, including phone/video interviews.
- Understand our total compensation/benefits package, company policies, practices, and market differentiators and confidentially communicate them to the candidates, with the ability to influence, persuade and negotiate during the offer process.
- Closing the position within TAT.
- Streamlining Job Description and organizing it as per Departments.
- Knowledge on maintaining various Recruitment reports.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Any Post Graduate with 2 to 3 years of related experience in Hard-core Manufacturing / Jewellery Recruitment.
- Experience creatively sourcing and hiring diverse professional salaried talent.
- Experience specifically sourcing professional talent from Diversified Industry.
- Knowledge of the full recruiting cycle and demonstrated experience using an ATS, e-sourcing tools, social media, Microsoft Office products.
- Proven positive customer service experience and employee relations skills to facilitate daily interaction, including email, phone and face to face, with internal and external customers.
- Business savvy with the ability to hunt, pitch and close deals.
