Client Servicing and Retention :
- Evaluating Service quality by maintaining client liaison
- Finalizing communication documents for the client
- Briefing network team on client activity and ensuring its success
- Media Delivery management
- Ensuring preparing and implementation of plans
- Media Relationship management
- Media database management
- Collections as per contract terms and conditions
- Creating wow factor
- Ensuring 1 big idea per client every quarter
Team Management :
- Ensuring support and direction to the team on improving client service delivery
- Reviewing team performance on client
- Team engagement and motivation
- Identifying training needs and intimating the training team and team heads for further action and plan
New Business Development :
- Driving revenue through VAS
- NBD presentation and ideation
