The platform replaces the high cost and complexity of bank lending with a faster, smarter way to borrow and invest.

Job Responsibilities :

About the Role :

This is a high profile role and you can be a part of the iLoanz Management Top Team.

You will :

- Be the Technology architect and have responsibility for establishing the technical vision for iLoanz.

- Drive the building of all aspects of the loan process, viz., application, automated decisions, 3rd party financial data-source integration, loan Lifecycle management, data-driven learning algorithms, among others

- Develop the mobile strategy for customers to apply and get a loan in a matter of minutes.

- Develop the market positioning and go to market strategy for the product and organization.

- Lead Digital Initiatives - Mobile-first, Responsive Design, Customer Analytics

- UI / Ux

What are we looking for :

- The candidate should ideally be part of a Fintech, financial, or a digital lending company having excellent understanding of the technology and tangible success in the previous role. He/she must be a go getter and a hands-on business leader with an entrepreneurial mindset.

- We are looking for someone who loves online marketplaces, wants to help build an amazing one in finance & investment space, understands how to manage a large database of user listings, and gets excited about the impact it creates.

- Passionate about coding and developing next generation technologies

- A strong background in designing, deploying, and optimizing parameters for advanced machine learning and analytic models will be a positive.

- Experience in designing and developing large enterprise web application.

- Previous experience of developing/managing/leading online lending platforms/marketplaces will be an added advantage.

- Ultimate Hacker - Knows his way around things & how to solve problems

- From a top engineering college like IITs/NITs,similar Reputed Institutes.
