Use Knowledge Interventions as potent tools to transform business realities

Who we are

Illumine (www.illumine.in) is a pioneer in designing and delivering large scale knowledge interventions.

- Knowledge interventions aim to solve deep rooted knowledge failures in society. Examples include - poor thinking skills, disabling mindsets, failures in ethics and values, etc.

- Illumine's Knowledge interventions are designed to address such failures by combining the latest thinking in Cognitive Science with deep ideas from Vedanta/ India's ancient Upanishadic literature.

- Some of Illumine's recent work has been in collaboration with the Capacity Building Commission setup by the GOI, which aims to address some of these Capacity failures in Government organizations.

- Sample projects include: Indian Railways - impacting 1 lakh people, Delhi Police - impacting 40,000 staff, India Post - impacting 15000 (who will in turn impact 4.5 lakh staff), CSC-SPV - impacting 1 lakh VLEs, etc.

What you can expect to work on:

1. Engaging with clients during an entire intervention journey (needs project & contract management skills)

2. Taking responsibility for ensuring that the intervention is successfully delivered, harnessing the power of various practices & expert teams in Illumine (needs collaboration combined with deep ownership of outcomes)

3. Carrying out business ethnography which combines both the economic, commercial, technical side of business and the human, behavioral and cognitive/ cultural aspects (needs research, documentation and facilitation skills)

4. Help in building research products and other forms of knowledge products such as counselling tools, digital applications, etc. for clients (needs design and product building skills)

5. Developing and delivering change communications (needs to work with written, spoken and multi-media communications)

6. Helping build and manage the deployment of knowledge interventions on a large scale (needs to use data and analytics to manage and make things happen)

You can expect to come in with some of these skills, but must have the willingness to build the rest along the way.

Who can apply

- You have a consistent track record of excellence - you may be from a top B-School (such as IIMs, IITs, etc.) or have outstanding contributions and accomplishments.

- You have 2-5 years of corporate or entrepreneurial experience (from any domain or background)
