Illumine is looking for Program Managers who are excited to work on breakthrough large-scale initiatives of national importance.

The kinds of projects/goals you can work on :

Enabling millions of government employees (state and central government) to become citizen-centric and find meaning & fulfillment at work.

Some previous examples of our work include:

- Building Seva Bhav and citizen centric thinking in 1 lakh Indian Railway Employees

- Reawakening integrity and building a positive approach to work for 3 lakh employees of Haryana State Government.

- Building capacity to respond in 40,000 policepersons of Delhi Police and helping them find meaning and fulfilment at work.

Business Enablement of large-distribution networks and small / micro-entrepreneurs:

- Enabling 1 lakh Village Level Entrepreneurs running Common Service Centers to expand their business and contribution to citizens through their services.

- Enabling front-line staff of large banks, insurance companies, retail organizations, FMCG distributors, etc. to grow their businesses sustainably.

- Enabling large organizations to build a 'contribution-based culture' that leads to both value creation and meaning and fulfillment at work.

- Illumine is able to deliver the above goals through a methodology called "Large-scale Knowledge Interventions" that focuses on bringing precise, measurable changes at scale in a short span of 6 to 9 months.

- The Program Management team takes end-to-end ownership of such interventions to ensure client and project outcomes are met.

What the role involves:

Taking end-to-end ownership of client and project outcomes:

As a Program Manager you play the role of an integrator, where you co-create the design of the intervention model, put also the necessary building blocks in place and drive the model with the clients to achieve the desired outcomes.

Being the bridge between the client and internal practice teams:

On one side, you are required to build and nurture client relationships, understand their challenges, and enable them through the change journey. On the other side, collaborate with various internal practice teams (such as research, design, facilitator development, technology, analytics, deployment, etc.) to ensure project commitments are met.

Ensure smooth implementation by:

- Tracking intervention progress using data and analytics and ensure rapid response & course-correction,

- Engaging with the leadership and field teams to anticipate, prevent and resolve execution challenges on the ground,

Drive continuous improvement by identifying various levers of improvement and creating models / approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This will include leveraging technology, AI, knowledge methodologies, learning design, analytics & data, and business strategy thinking to achieve the desired outcomes.

You are a right fit for this role if you have:

- Proven ability of taking ownership and responsibility to make things happen.

- Excellent communication and engagement skills (with fluency in English and Hindi)

- Ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights.

- Ability to present complex ideas and models.

- Design capabilities - ability to co-create and find solutions to challenges.

- Can-do attitude and proactive approach

Who can apply:

We invite people, who have:

- Have 3-10 years of experience in handling complex projects / initiatives, have an intrapreneurial / entrepreneurial approach, or see themselves as business builders, from across domains - Corporate, Government, Social, Education.

- Have done B.Tech/MBA/Masters from top institutions.

Based on your work experience, aptitude, and ability to take ownership you can apply to any of these three roles:

- Program Associates for young professionals who are high on energy, good at organizing and engaging with stakeholders and aspire to build themselves as leaders. You should have a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience.

- Program Managers who can take ownership of specific outcomes within the project. You should have min. 5 years of overall work experience with demonstrated capability of driving a project/initiative.

- Program Leaders who can play the role of a leader and a driver by enabling your team to succeed and taking end-to-end responsibility achieving the outcomes of the intervention. You should have min. 8 years of work experience in leading large projects and should have the maturity to engage with senior leaders in the client system.
