Illumine has been working with several large-scale organizations to enhance the quality of citizen-interfaces with their various citizen-stakeholders.

Illumine's clients include:

- Government institutions like Indian Railways (for 1 lakh citizen facing employees), Ministry of Home Affairs, National Police Academy (for police persons in Union Territories), Delhi Police, Department of Post & Telegraph, CSC e-Governance Services, and other prestigious institutions

- Large corporates like SBI, Tata Steel, Asian Paints, BPCL, Aditya Birla Capital, etc.,

- Leading Educational institutions such as Gujarat Technological University, Biju Patnaik University, IIT Delhi & Jammu, 5000 CBSE schools, etc.

Our clients in the past have included big names in the private sector, educational sector and government sector. Now, we are expanding to include the international market. Therefore, we see a large need and potential for our work. We are looking for people who would like to participate in the nation building efforts and the growth of the company.

Large-Scale Knowledge Interventions:

We deliver through "large-scale knowledge interventions". The characteristic of a large-scale knowledge intervention is that it aims to bring about shifts in thinking, interactions, response capabilities, etc., unlike resource interventions or other forms of interventions.

Knowledge interventions from Illumine:

- typically address 35,000 - 300,000 participants/ beneficiaries

- are carried out at speed (along with scale). Typical projects are completed within 6-12 months.

- integrate technology, content, pedagogies, analytics, research, deployment methods, cognitive measurement, etc.

- are highly result/ outcome focused.

Role Spaces:

Illumine's USP is to enable such large-scale change, end-to-end within a period of 6-9 months. Each intervention has a project team which ensures client outcomes are met.

The Project Success Teams "take total ownership" and ensure change interventions happen on the ground effectively and efficiently.

The team involves three role spaces and you will work on one or more of them.

1. "Role Space 1: Client Engagement":

As a client engagement manager, you will be the face of Illumine in the eyes of client. You will manage the client relationship end-to-end & enable them throughout the intervention. You will be the bridge between the client and Illumine's internal practices & services for meeting outcomes.

Towards this, you must have (i) facilitation skills to handle multi-stakeholder meetings, socialization workshops, presentations to co-design solutions with clients and (ii) project management skills (iii) ability to get along with peers from multiple specialities (iv) have an eye on multiple aspects of an intervention at the same time to drive proactively.

2. "Role Space 2: Capacity Building":

A lot of our interventions have a very strong focus on building capacity in the client system. We are looking for someone who can manage and lead the capacity building team.

This will involve (i) sourcing, (ii) training (iii) managing a pool of trainers/ facilitators (iv) tracking delivery quality of not only internal trainers but also client-side trainers/ facilitators (often running into thousands) (v) constant and proactive course correction.

3. "Role Space 3: Deployment":

Illumine has a strong deployment and technology services & analytics team that come into play during the roll-out of the intervention. The role of the deployment manager is to (i) Integrate multiple services and ensure that these services land in the client environment (ii) Handle troubleshooting, so that the respective services can respond immediately in case of issues and course-correct to deal with them.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in any of these areas: stakeholder engagement, client engagement, managing of large projects, training delivery, capacity building, program implementation

- Proven track record in masterminding/ handling similar large & complex projects in development/ social sector, Government sector, or private sector

- Excellent verbal & written proficiency in English. Professional fluency in Hindi

Remuneration: Subject to relevant qualification, experience & contribution potential.

Engagement Possibility 1: On-site, Mumbai, Full-time, willing to travel
