Core Responsibilities:

- Your primary responsibility will be to own the end-to-end product development cycle.

- You will be part of a team that owns an ecosystem of applications and services which need to be designed, built, and deployed at scale.

- To hold & stay with the emerging vision of products, making sure there is proper documentation of the vision, and a shared understanding by the team to know where we are headed.

Your role :

- Build rigorous specifications of the product by working with the technology team as well as internal practice teams

- Enable the technology team to deliver project deliverables as per timelines

- Ensure product documentation (from vision to reality) is in place at every stage of the product development journey

- Build the team capacity by working with in-house teams as well as outsourced agencies/ freelancers

- Work with technology partners/ freelance developers to meet project goals

- Have a deep sense of value to effort trade-off

Do you have what it takes to succeed in this role?

- Deal with the ambiguity & be able to respond to dynamic changes?

- Keep an eye on the outcome, and not get caught up with process & plans?

- Enable the team with approaches to incorporate changes, and not manage them/ delegate work to them?

- Manage the dynamic between quick build cycles (in terms of prototyping, testing, etc.) & robustness of the platform (the core engineering, stability, reliability, etc.)?
