Goal of the Client Engagement Manager: The Client Engagement Manager is the bridge who facilitates the success of the intervention. The core responsibilities of the Client Engagement Manager are: (i) Owning the client outcome. You will be the face of Illumine in the eyes of client. (ii) Enabling the client at every step of the engagement journey (iii) Pulling together internal practice teams towards client deliverables Role of Client Engagement Manager: As part of the role your primary responsibility will be to: - Manage end-to-end client relationship - Ensure contract administration and closure - Integrate Illumine's multiple services and practices for client journey/ outcomes - Leverage deep analytics for continuous improvement - Solve flashpoints that may occur during the intervention journey - Find solutions which meet client outcomes without compromising on Illumine's core philosophy & methodology Who can apply? Basic criteria to apply - You have minimum 10 years of proven work experience in Client Engagement (a significant experience in managing knowledge-based projects) Some capabilities we are looking for - - Maturity to handle time-bound, result focused intervention involving diverse stakeholders - Ability to collaborate across stakeholders (both internal and external) - Ability to engage with Illumine's ideas and present them effectively, wherever necessary - Ability to facilitate training programs, socialization workshops, organize multi-stakeholder meetings, etc. What is sacrosanct?
