Illumine is looking for an Ecosystem Manager who can build and manage a growing community of nation-wide change catalysts / facilitators who are connected by a shared purpose of bringing about change in society and nation at large. The Opportunity - Illumine works on large-scale knowledge interventions that enable human change at scale. - These interventions aim to embed new vision or ideals, empowering individuals from within and bringing about enabling modes of thinking in individuals, collectives, and nation at large. - To make these interventions happen, Illumine has built change technologies, that enable institutions and collectives to make these transformations happen at speed and scale, which has now been deployed across the largest businesses, government & educational institutions in India impacting more than 4 million people. - A critical building block of the change technology is our community of change catalysts / facilitators, who partner with us on various change programs that Illumine is working on. - The Ecosystem Manager will play the critical role of building and managing this core capability for Illumine. Your role: - As an Ecosystem Manager, you will be expected to take end to end ownership of this thriving community of change catalysts / facilitators, who come from different backgrounds / contexts but are all working towards the shared purpose of bringing about change. - The Facilitators are required to run the program prepared for clients using our proprietary technologies. These programs are typically designed to not just bring about change in people's thinking and mindset but also build Master Trainers within the client system. - To be able to do this these Facilitators are deeply trained in Illumine's change technologies and group coaching and facilitation skills and over time they become like an extended team of Illumine. Your role in building this community: 1. Expand the pool of changemaker facilitators - - Evangelize the purpose and the community and create outreach engagements into relevant pools - Manage facilitators selection as ecosystem partner and onboarding into the community 2. Ensure systematic development and upgradation of facilitators - - Managing the certification of facilitators - Organizing various learning programs or providing various learning enablers with the inputs of knowledge practice teams - Conducting periodic enabling audits and feedback sessions 3. Keeping the community alive, by regular communication and engagement with the community. - Designing & executing new ways of keeping the community engaged, through various means such as WhatsApp based engagement, community meets /webinars, knowledge based engagements etc. 4. Configuring the right pool of facilitators for various projects / programs of Illumine along with relevant program managers for each project based on suitability & availability 5. Setting up various work contracts with community members for different types of engagement. 6. Collaborate with the knowledge and tech teams to design and build a technology-enabled platform for managing this nationwide pool of facilitators. You are the right person for the role, if: - You are a change catalyst yourself - You enjoy networking and connecting with people. - You believe in building long term relationships and contributing to people's lives. - You are comfortable using social media / digital tools to reach out to people. - You are a good communicator and can also create basic communication enablers. - You are open to learning and have high energy levels - You have strong organizing capability- You have basic contracting and negotiation capabilities - You have 3+ years of experience in building partnerships / managing communities / partners etc. or you have been a facilitator / trainer / coach yourself. [preferred but not essential]
