Illumine - Business Designer

As a Business Designer at Illumine, you will be leveraging Illumine's Knowledge Interventions as a potent tool to transform business destinies.

For example, we are working on a large-scale intervention to enable lakhs of Village Level Entrepreneurs to improve their business. Business Design in this case will involve:

- Carrying out business ethnography and model business practices on the ground.

- Rapid prototyping of solutions/ tools to learn on-the-go and create a product that works with the user community

- Designing a scalable system that helps leadership drive improvements in business outcomes across their distribution networks

- Tracking & monitoring deployment at scale, and course-correct real-time when the intervention is rolling out

- Engaging with the Client Leadership Team and State Teams to co-create new approaches & solutions through the intervention

Some pre-requisites:

- Have a consistent track record of excellence -academic or in any other area you are proud of

- Capable of working on equal terms with a highly intelligent, creative, result oriented multi-disciplinary group of young people (MBAs from top schools, ethnographers, psychologists, mathematicians, engineers, etc.)

- Have 3-5 years of corporate or entrepreneurial experience (from any domain or background)

- In age group 25-33 years (this age group will be given preference)

- Willing to travel to project sites across India
