Technical Account Manager
We are looking for Account Manager with following skillset:
- Minimum 3 to 8 years of work experience in Technical Account Management, or Program Management roles post Bachelors
- Superb relationship, leadership and organizational skills are required for this position
- Experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably customer success or account management, with a proven track record of high customer satisfaction and retention
- Ability to speak confidently about technical aspects and business strategy, communicate independently with decision makers at all levels
- Be a door opener and set up meetings for the Senior Leadership and Technology teams to identify and growth opportunities within accounts
- Great understanding of on-premises and cloud infrastructure technologies specifically around Azure and its related services.
- Be flexible, possess oriented with outstanding problem solving, written and oral communication skills
- Preference to Candidates with prior relevant experience in a similar fast paced environment
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Create a strategic relationship with key stakeholders, including Engineers, Enterprise Architects, IT Directors and C-Level executives such as CDOs, CTOs and CIOs
- Ability to articulate technical issues in a meaningful way to key stakeholders and become their "trusted advisor"
- Have direct responsibility and drive success measured by renewals and new revenue growth resulting from product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Understand customers' business and goals in depth, and ensure they get the best value out of their investment while becoming Unravel champions and advocates
- Manage customer demands, multiple priorities, commitments, and support escalations
- Facilitate recurring meetings and strategic sessions with clients in order to satisfy, retain and expand our account base
- Perform Executive Business Reviews and assist in high-level product training as needed with help from a customer success engineer
- Responsible for attaining growth targets with existing customers and new business targets with new customers
- Designing and implementing a strategic plan that expands company's project base within customers
- Executing and reporting on a comprehensive account map and plan
- Resource and invoice projections for managed accounts
- Making presentations to prospects and demoing our products or services
- Achieve growth and hit targets by successfully managing the relationship pipeline
- Collecting feedback from prospects and customers to have discussions with the internal leadership team.
