IL&FS Education - Senior Manager - Bridge Education

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the education initiative for our out of children programme for 14-20 years age group

Role :

- Provide technical support and supervision on efficient and effective implementation of assigned projects as per workplans, M&E plans, budgets, timeline and contractual obligations;

- Design relevant technical monitoring and implementing materials to ensure quality project implementation.

- Manage project teams to ensure delivery of agreed deliverables, plans and strategies as per organisation policies, procedures and standards

- Ensure project activities are on track, including developing and implementing solutions as necessary

- Manage project budgets and spending in accordance with BVAs, adherence with donor and organisation procedures and policies

Requirement :

- At least 10 years of experience in managing education service programs in India.

- Full time post graduate degree in education, social science or equivalent discipline.

- Good knowledge of English and Hindi

- Self-motivated and ability to work both in a team as well as in independent context

- Proficiency with reporting, planning and presentation
