Expectation: - Managing relationship and acquiring new leads with CSR partners mainly PSUS for project implementation in collaboration with district administration - Coordination with district and state administration to demonstrate our solution portfolio and acquire new projects - Understanding of aspirational districts and districts having District Mineral Fund - Work closely with the Zonal head and National CSR Lead to develop a robust pipeline of business opportunities - Effectively track and oversee the execution of CSR projects Requirement- - Bachelor s Degree (Masters preferred) in economic development/social sector/business/relevant field - 7-10 years of experience in development, business development, government allied setup - Proficiency with analytics, reporting, planning and presentation tools - Flexible to travel extensively - Self-motivated and ability to work both in a team as well as in independent context Desirable:&nbsp; - Previous experience of handling CSR projects with PSUs is desirable - Prior experience of working with government administration and CSR would be preferred
