Summary: Our firm is in need of a self-motivated and experienced HR Assistant to support our busy HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the department, assisting in payroll, statutory, training and development, HR audits and appraisals. Payroll (compensation and benefit) planning and implementation. Should have good record in processing payroll on time and seamlessly. 2. Statutory Compliance management where-in you will need to interact with compliance vendor in terms or labour laws, PF, ESI, etc 3. HRIS management, to be able to work on MIS and reports related to payroll, compliance and trainings 4. Training and development planning, coordination and arrangement 5. To lead HR audits, both internal and external 6. Appraisal cycle initiation, managing the timelines and analysis. 7. Separation cycle management, good track record of happy exits. 8. Have an experience in handling employee medical insurance 9. Developing fair HR policies and lean processes and ensuring employees understand and comply with them Desired Skills: - Should be good at MS office, such as excel and power point - Ability to learn and adapt to the HR tools (such as GreytHR and workday) - Timekeeping and working with deadlines Someone who has a positive outlook, active team spirit and happy would be a better fit.
