Iksula - Sales Manager/Business Manager - US Market

Work Time : 8pm IST to 5am IST. (US Shift)

Budget : 12 to 20L per annum (negotiable)

Skills : IT Staffing Sales, Managing Inside Sales

Sales Professionals with experience in selling IT Consulting and contingent staffing business in the US market.

Ideal candidate would be :

- Having 5 years of experience in sales of IT recruitment business in USA

- Having contacts with ability to mine accounts in US IT industry

- Clearly and effectively communicates Company's Solutions to prospects

- Experience with online demos and conducting virtual meetings

- Forecast accurately and hit the numbers consistently

- Responsible for maintaining a clean and up to date CRM (Zoho) so that the Management knows what's going on at any point in time

- Thorough in his work with high ATD skills

- Manage a Team of Inside Sales Representative

- Train/coach the Reps on an ongoing basis

- Ensure that the daily metrics (dials/talk time/emails) are achieved by the team

- Willing to guide recruiters and help them succeed

- 10 plus years of relevant experience

- Knowledge of eCommerce solutions will be an added advantage
