We're looking for someone with: - The ideal candidate should have been closely involved with defining & delivering ecommerce & multi-channel ecommerce/retail solutions - Should be currently in a pre-sales role, or should have done such a role in the past. In the presales role, the candidate should have been involved in understanding customer requirements, conceptual design, detailed solution design and customer engagement during the sales cycle. - Excellent knowledge of the market and provide thought leadership on leading trends and practices - Client interfacing skills - Strong ability to demonstrate and persuade using influencing skills and relating to prospective customers in a consultative manner - Very good skills in creating & delivering compelling presentations and software demonstrations - Should be able to work with prospective clients, partners, and internal stakeholders around new problem domains - Presales, consulting, implementation or project management experience configuring and demonstrating Product Content & Imaging - Supply Chain, Finance payable & receivables and Customer Service experience is a plus - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field Some of the things you'll do: - This role must consistently provide effective, progressive, innovative, collaborative leadership, including but not limited to the following: - Presales Go-to-Market Leadership - Respond to RFP/RFI; Proposal Completion. - E-Commerce Presales - Respond to RFP/RFI; Proposal Completion for Cataloging, Imaging, Copywriting, and Automation practices. - Hands On - Use your business and application understanding to conceptualize and configure demos that showcase Iksula's ability to address customer needs - The successful candidate will be a contributor to the creation of firm wide multi-channel best practices through the identification of reusable project-level assets and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest automation practices - Support Sales - Partner with Sales to support the full life cycle of account and opportunity development. Collaborate with all Iksula's groups (product managers, engineering and other groups) ensuring the successful execution of the account strategy - Present and Compel- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to customers to provide proof of our solution's impact and compelling value proposition. - Build Business Cases - Work as part of the sales team to build and present business cases and proposals for customers and prospects that articulate a joint Platform/Iksula value and ROI. - Drive Innovation - Keep up on new technology innovations as well as customer requirements to provide a feedback loop on customer and market needs to Iksula's executive leadership team. - Ability to communicate well and assume responsibility for the appropriate workflow and technical implementation of multiple projects simultaneously - Travel may be required based on business needs 10%-20%
