Responsibilities:
- Be the custodian of all HR policies and SOPs across all functions of HR and ensure they are complied with
- Help bring about transformational changes in the HR Operations function and help enable its transition to HR Shared Services
- Responsible to develop and maintain HR Systems
- Responsible for the backend activities on successfully onboarding all new hires
- Accountable for the 100% compliance of the entire HR function, be the single point of contact for all internal and external audits (excluding compensation)
- To create, update & maintain active risk grid for all functions
- Responsible for process rigor, automation and excellence
- Ensure IKS is 100% legally compliant in all its people practices
- Ensure planning and execution of important project meetings and maintenance of MOMs for the same.
- Track and Publish daily-weekly-monthly project trackers and reports ensuring regular updates to HR leadership
- Ensure regular improvements and innovation within projects and across practice areas
- Ensuring development of team members within the team through constant training need identification and execution
- Responsible for performance of the team members through constant coaching and feedback, execution of individual development plans and completion of performance appraisals on time.
- Ensuring high engagement levels in the team through various ESAT initiatives
Functional Competencies:
- Graduation is a must
- MBA in HR is preferable
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR as a generalist
- Proficient in MS Office Tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook) and G Suite
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication Skills
- Well versed with labor laws and statutory compliances
- Good communication skills
