Job Description : Sr .Manager Finance

- Overall charge of the Accounts and Reporting for Group

- Preparation of Monthly P & L & consolidated balance sheet.

- Reporting of actual against the forecasts and detailed / analytical explanation of variance

- Handling all statutory matter viz TDS, SEZ related work, APR as per RBI Guidelines etc

- Handling Internal & Statutory Audit & preparing related worksheet require by them.

- Implementing the budget guidelines and other corporate finance guidelines to ensure financial discipline

- Handling Tax audit, Transfer Pricing audit & preparing related worksheet require by Auditor.

- Handling & Preparing Budget & the details analysis of Budget vs Actual.

- Good Knowledge about Power Point presentation.

- Coordinating with various Inter dept and external vendors for getting required information regularly.

- Knowledge of Oracle is compulsory.

- CA, ICWA is compulsory
