IKS Healthcare - Director - Six Sigma - US Healthcare

- Overall 10+ years experience with at least 6 years of driving independent BB Six sigma projects including Six sigma training.

- US Revenue Cycle Management Industry knowledge is a MUST

- A Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt will be responsible for delivering Business Impact by improving business processes, solving problems, and driving changes within the organization.

- He/she will ensure alignment of Quality initiatives with the company's strategic initiatives and help implement a culture of continuous improvement through "leading by example" and facilitating delivery of business impact/results through mentoring and coaching.

- Independent Contributor role to start with. One DR based out of Mumbai at a Manager level.

- The successful candidate would be required to showcase the benefits of Continuous improvement to build his team.
