Profile Overview

AVP - Software Delivery would be required to act as Business owner of all Technology Solutions with the aim of solving business problems and driving value. The ideal candidate would have a strong passion for solving business problems with application of innovative tech solutions.

Key job responsibilities

Responsible to understand the Business inside out and provide solutions to lingering business challenges, or improve on existing solutions, services and operations

Drive Operational Efficiencies with Automation of business processes leading to bend in Cost curve with reduced FTE requirement and improved efficiencies.

Required to understand business goals and customers- needs to build and deliver tech solutions and service offering roadmap.

Drive positive customer satisfaction and feedback and manage solution consumption

Required Skills

- 12+ yrs hands-on application development experience using Microsoft Technologies: C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, SOA architecture.

- Must have done at least large implementations or projects using these technologies including web and windows applications.

- Deep Development experience on RDBMS specially on MS SQL 2000/2005/2008.

- Experience in Healthcare domain preferred but candidates with business

acumen and interest are equally considered for this role.

- Passion for technology and experience developing tech solutions for driving business growth, reducing costs, improving operations, and successful creation of solutions for complex business nuances.

- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment managing changing priorities.

- Self-starter and Go-getter attitude.
