IKS Healthcare - AVP - IT Infrastructure

Associate Vice President for IT Infrastructure will be responsible for overseeing the global infrastructure life cycle management, including architecture and standards development, creation and execution of infrastructure solutions and road-maps, ensuring solutions are in accordance with current standards / best practices and working closely with business stakeholders to gather and deliver on requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the global IT infrastructure team, including setting priorities, coordinating projects and resources, and the reporting of group activities.

- Key Responsibilities involves managing end to end IT infrastructure and telecommunications network, IT operations / service delivery, IT budget and procurement, vendor management and technical team management

- Create a collaborative, team oriented environment that fosters development and career growth.

- Experience with staffing, structuring and managing complex projects with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and keep multiple projects on time and within budget.

- Demonstrated capability in building and maintaining an organization of highly skilled technical staff.

- Stay up to date with current technology market trends and evaluate how new technologies can benefit the company; engage in discussion with and present ideas to senior IT leadership.

- Demonstrates strategic agility - Can anticipate future challenges and trends accurately.

- Key stakeholder management and customer relationship management

- Responsible for IT budgeting for integral components like Infrastructure & costing

- Enable the overall environment to comply with security and compliance frameworks

- Track and manage project/portfolio budgets across IT Infrastructure and identify opportunities for cost or process efficiencies

- Monitor overall project delivery to ensure critical milestones are delivered on time and within budget in partnership with business/operations teams

- Drive continuous improvement of overall IT infrastructure

Experience and Qualifications

- 12+ years of relevant technical and business experience.

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience and/or Certifications.

- Minimum of 5+ years of proven senior IT Infrastructure management experience.

- A proven track record of driving and defining complex IT strategy.

- Strong knowledge of the Healthcare industry (a plus)

- Experience in vendor management and negotiation

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

- Strong ability to collaborate / work seamlessly across multiple teams.
