IKS Healthcare - Assistant Vice President - IT Infrastructure

Position Overview :

The primary objective of this role will be to own entire IT infra services and drive quality and scalability in IKS IT infrastructure operations, to develop a service orientation, and enable IKS Health for hyper-growth. This leader will manage a team of talented independent individuals and guide them into a new era of IT infrastructure operations through process re-engineering and automation. You will be a key partner to the network, desktop support, server and helpdesk team within IT and align with other business units as needed.

This role will set the vision, plan and execute IKS Health's next-generation infrastructure services portfolio in an agile environment supporting 5000+ employees spread across 2 countries and multiple locations.

Key Job Responsibilities :

- Planning, project management and implementation leadership, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.

- Development of enterprise standards and technology architecture and the IT operations governance process.

- Conduct product and vendor evaluations ensuring best in class technologies and partners. Works closely with and manage strategic vendor partner relationships.

- Setup and run the governance with all stakeholders.

- Participate in the formulation of the company's enterprise architecture and business system plans; assessing cost and feasibility, and ensuring the plan is aligned with and supports the strategic goals of the business.

- Create and operationalize short to long term strategy and structure for Security and Compliance at IKS

- Develop comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations, including storage area network and redundant, highly-available server and network architectures.

- Leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance.

Desired Experience & Qualification :

- Minimum 10 years- experience in technology, primarily focused on technology infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including public cloud infrastructure, software defined networking, and Infrastructure as a Service models

- Proven experience with modern technology service delivery frameworks including Agile, DevOps

- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale change initiatives with enterprise level impact including programs with extensive use of third party providers

- History of managing third party service provider and vendor relationships

- Proven success in leadership demonstrated by the ability to build, develop and retain high performing and highly effective teams

- Knowledge of Healthcare industry preferred

Technical certifications (preferred) :

- Demonstration of project management skills PMP, PGMP, Prince2

- Information security certifications like ISO 27001 (implementation or audit), ITIL, CISA, CISSP

- Must have experience developing compelling business presentations and communicate technical topics to a business audience.

- Strong ability to collaborate / work seamlessly across multiple geographies and teams
