Primary Responsibilities:

- Designing the VPP Program: Ownership of designing the overall VPP Program to ensure that it is built for scale. This includes designing the program keeping into account all aspects of Human Capital model from attracting the right talent, recruitment process, training frameworks, engagement & career path designing for Physicians & Healthcare professionals who will act as VPPs.

- Continuous Improvement: Leveraging feedback from clients, internal stakeholders, industry know-how to constantly re-imagine & re-invent the VPP Program to ensure that IKS continues to deliver high value clinical insight that leads to change in Physician behavior and thus improved delivery of Care.

- Enhancing Value-Add of our Services: Working closely with other clinical leaders & teams to identify opportunity to enhance our offerings through development of value-added insights that can be delivered via the VPPs to the Client Physicians.

- Collaborating with Clinical Operations & Clinical Client Management Teams: To constantly understand the effectiveness of the VPP Program, train / coach VPPs in the live environment and make changes to the VPP Program based on ongoing feedback.

- People Management - Mentoring & Development: Mentoring & Coaching Direct Reports to enable professional & personal growth. Developing, implementing & monitoring frameworks to elevate the human capital of the team.

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with Design & Development to help define and shape new solutions / products under development based on clients- needs & IKS- product development goals. This includes specifically ownership of development of the VPP Program on a Continuous basis.

- Working closely with IT & Business Intelligence teams to help translate requirements linked to generating the right data for VPPs to deliver actionable insights to the Client Physicians

- Thought-leadership & Networking within the provider community to enhance the positioning of IKS & it's products & services

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

- Healthcare or allied industries experience for 15 years is a must

- Understanding of key trends, pressures and imperatives in clinicians- practices, their concerns and proven methods (at a leadership level) in successfully engaging them to materially improve their overall practices

- Demonstrated ability to show thought leadership & consultative conversations with CMOs, CMIOs (H) and ability to work collaboratively with multi-functional groups as the Head of VPP is expected to be a key source of Thought-Leadership

- Experience in working in hyper-growth environment and ability to deliver solutions through structured problem solving

- Proven track record (including, perhaps in an academic institution) of designing curricula, training programs and evaluation systems for healthcare professionals desirous of becoming healthcare leaders Formal academic experience, teaching and training experience shall be considered favorably

- Proven track record of profitably growing businesses
