Profile Description:

IKS Health is seeking a passionate, strategic and entrepreneurial Product Manager to manage our product portfolio as we aim to become a comprehensive Physician Enablement Platform. The incumbent will be the Product Management Team at IKS Health and will be an important enabler to IKS Health's vision of building a Physician Enablement Platform of the Future.

The incumbent will work closely with various teams within IKS, collaborating closely with our clients to help execute on a differentiated customer-centric, product vision and strategy. We seek Product Managers with passion and track record for innovation and creative, out of the box thinking, with exceptional collaborative skills to help execute on our product strategy in one of the most successful partnerships in the ambulatory healthcare space in the US.

The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set including deep analytical skills, excellent business judgment, strategic conceptualization skills, strong negotiation skills, a deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for creating a superior product & services experience for our customers. The role is inherently cross-functional. The incumbent will work closely with colleagues from operations, finance, marketing, design and development, operation and tech teams and must have the leadership presence, communication & persuasion skills to represent the team. The incumbent must also be customer-obsessed with strong self-motivation and project/product management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Segmentation & TAM Analysis

- Identify key customer segments and their needs, and understand the TAM, SAM, SOM for new & existing products.

- Product / Market Evaluation

To conduct investigation and analysis on the product and the product market. Process all the available information, identify opportunities, and present these to the Head of Product for launching & commercializing products.

- Pricing & Commercial Models

Work with IKS sales and delivery teams to review existing pricing models for various clients, review IKS costing models, and identify the right pricing for our products/services so that clients get the right - return on investment- (ROI) and IKS meets its profitability targets.

- Product ROI Models

Create - return on investment- (ROI) models for all products that quantify the financial and other upsides that clients get from IKS products and services. Validate and refine these ROI models based on feedback from IKS clients.

Qualification:

- MBA from a Top Business School

- 4 - 7 years in Product Management / Corporate Strategy / New venture planning / Commercialization of Products

- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience for developing new businesses / products

- Cultural mobility to work with multi-geography cross-functional teams

- Thorough knowledge of product strategy, commercialization, implementation, and strategic analysis

- Demonstrated market & competitor research skills

- Demonstrated management, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
