IKF Finance - Zonal Business Manager - West

Job Role:

The role holds responsibility of handling the Commercial vehicles Used & New (LCV/SCV), Construction Equipment and Used Car financing business of West Zone cutting across 4 states - Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan & Madhya Pradesh comprising of 70+ branches based at Ahmedabad.

Your Job Responsibilities :

1. Strategizing and driving the Commercial vehicle - SCV & LCV and Used Car businesses of 4 states

2. Responsible for top line and bottom line and AUM growth for the captioned zone

3. Holds the responsibility of maintaining portfolio quality

4. Strong in building alliance and maintaining relationship with OEM, dealers, DSAs and customers

5. Driving and motivating the team in achieving desired targets

6. Responsible for scaling up the business by penetrating potential areas through expanding branch networks

You should have :

1. 20+ years of strong experience in Commercial vehicle (LCV & SCV), Construction equipment and Used Car financing business

2. Should have worked in Gujarat , Maharashtra , Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh markets

3. Should possess excellent rapport with OEM, dealers and DSA's in these markets

4. Should have market intelligence and analytical skills

5. Strong in People management and stake holder management skills

6. Follow strong review mechanism in tracking performance of the team

7. Should have handled fairly larger teams

Qualification: Any UG/PG
