1. Driving the talent acquisition and talent management agenda for Andhra and Telangana states reporting to Head- HR
2. Closing manpower requirements within agreed TAT without compromising the quality
3. Handling the induction and orientation program for new joiner
4. Performance traction & intervention & Action - PIP
5. Employee Connect - Branch Visits / Town halls / Employee SAT Survey
6. Coordination in Appraisal process
7. Attrition Management , Retention of Key resources
8. Grievances handling in coordination with DAC committee
9. Addressing Employee queries
10. Coordinating with HRSS team in all statutory related matter(PF/ESI/PT/Labour license)
Please note that preference will be given to candidates from Financial services (drop : Vehicle financing business) who can understand the industry , product and business well.
