AVP- Finance

The selected candidate will be responsible for :

- Preparation of Financial Statements for IKF Home Finance Limited under IGAAP and IND AS

- Preparation of consolidated financial statements of IKF Home Finance Limited

- Preparation of financial MIS

- Budgeting

- Dealing with auditors - internal as well as statutory

- Preparation and meeting the bankers requirement in terms of financial and operational requirements

- Experience in treasury and Liaisioning with Banks

Critical Exposure :

- Experience in preparation of financial statements and audit under IND AS environment

- Experience in consolidation of accounts

- Financial model preparation

- Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes

- Advance knowledge of Excel

- Having experience from top 4 Chartered Accountant firms - either as article trained or post qualification

- Good communication skills

- Knowledge of IND AS transition from IGAAP accounts especially related to construction/real estate project accounting, service concession agreements would be an added advantage

Key Aspects of the job/ Job Description :

- Preparation of Monthly MIS

- Meeting reporting requirement of Banks

- Preparation of budget and monitoring of actual v/s budget

- Proficient Communication skills

- Accounting, Treasury, IND AS and tax knowledge

- Advance Excel skills
