Job Description :

Branding & Strategy and Positioning :

- Create Buzz, differentiation

- Evaluate competition strategy and design innovative ideas to keep us ahead

- Strategize brand position and execute to plan

Manage Digital Marketing - SMM, SEO, SEM, etc :

- Work with partner or build in-house team

- Regularize channel effectiveness, ensure optimal lead gen

- Manage communication strategy

- Budget planning, budget effectiveness, metrics tracking & optimization

Partner Management :

- Strategize partnerships with Agents, etc.

- Design programs/ events, etc.

Strategic Alliance :

- Evaluate forums, groups, etc. that create substantial brand awareness

- Be industry thought leader, create association for example

PR :

- Manage communication and brand visibility

- Media and Partners, across various cities and various channels - Offline ad Online

Community and Member Benefits :

- Strategize and execute

- Engage community and create branding buzz around it

Technology :

- Decent understanding of Technology (CRM, Digital Marketing Tools, Website/SEO Etc)

Candidate Description :

- Person should have flair to work in a start-up, and can manage offline and online marketing, work with partners, and has understanding of marketing effective and RoI from various channels.
