Job Purpose:  - Enabling iKen to implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirement of a project.  - Communicating the requirement/enhancement of the solution in the form of written business requirements, user interface specifications, printed output specifications, work flows and similar documents.  - Help to establish new processes, methodologies and benchmarks as appropriate and identify, explore, test and validate new data sources and advanced techniques   Key Responsibilities:  Financial Planning:  - Project Budgeting: Calculating and adhering to the budget required for managing the project.   Customer:  - Output Reports: Ensuring the efficiency of the product increases on a daily basis. The daily reports should yield the required results and identify and correct any deviations. Determining operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information and evaluating output reports and formats.  - Writing System Protocols: Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures that serves as reference for customers and support team.  - Software Implementation Roadmap: Ensuring adherence to the roadmap framed for rolling out new features of the software.  Processes:  - Industry Analysis: Responsible for identifying requirements by using industry standard analysis techniques like data modeling and workflow analysis.  - Business Requirement: Responsible for eliciting business requirement, identifying solutions and communicating the same to technical team to provide enhancement in the solutions. Articulate through KAM to the business users the ramifications of modeling results.  - Documentation of Analysis: Documenting the result of the analysis activities using the appropriate templates and analysis tools to write improved procedures.  - Project Management: Monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions. Identifying milestones, phases, and elements of the project. 	 Team Management & OD:  - Hire & Train: Active participation in the hiring process as part of interviewing and assessing candidates for the team as per the requirements. Manage & mentor a high quality sales team to keep pace with the company’s growth.  - Performance Management: Ensuring the defined responsibilities, accountabilities, and authorities of direct reporting individuals are well aligned and understood by the team members. Assess each individual for strengths, weaknesses and appropriateness of projects, restructuring the department and/or individual roles as needed.   - Perform quarterly evaluation and annual appraisal for the team members.  - Retention: Keep a tab/lower the attrition factors within the team and advice and inform the management accordingly.  Coordination: 	 Internal Coordination:  - Technical Team: To check the feasibility of the suggested enhancements to a solution and assist in modeling.  - BD & KAM: Working along during the pitching phase and thereafter to ensure the output is in sync with the business objective.
