These groups are the key stakeholders in IIT Bombay's journey of excellence. We encourage the involvement and participation of these entities in the Institute's strategic initiatives. IITB DRF assists fundraising endeavours by way of donor solicitations, managing donor programs, maintaining financial accounts and reporting details of all activities implemented with alumni donations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring manpower availability as per budgeted numbers with required competencies

- Ensuring cost effectiveness for recruitment within the stipulated TAT and managing all the channel (internal and external) for sourcing of qualified human capital as per organizational/ Institute's needs

- Manage Employee communication matrix. Ensuring adherence to SLAs and reducing TATs to employee queries and grievances reported

- Monitoring all the activities addressing Employee induction

- Increase transactional efficiency of all HR activities wrt recruitment, on boarding of employees, Communication and implementation of HR sub processes, Error rate, TAT and ageing analysis in sub processes of on-boarding, database update, MIS, and compensation band

- Meet all statutory/legal/audit compliances through documentation, scheduling, availability and adherence to norms and timelines of all compliances, Compliance timelines and norms

- Build organizational-people capabilities and motivate developing leaders

- Undertaking Initiatives/Special Projects/Process Improvement Measures

- Data management, analysis for various report generation

- Ensuring timely exit and FNF implementation.
