Position: VP - Sales/BD
Basically, we need somebody to assume end-to-end responsibility of the entire sales function - from lead generation to closure.
Key responsibilities :
- Contribute to the development of the sales plan.
- Identify and close new organizations and companies as clients and strategic partners.
- Develop and grow repeat business from existing companies.
- Manage company relationships to quarterly revenue and monetisation targets.
- Provide world-class customer support
- Create revenue forecasts, in conjunction with the executive team.
- Track and manage company pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals.
- Manage the existing sales team
Additional Qualifications :
- Deep network of C-Level and HR relationships with companies across India.
- Significant and extensive work experience in HR consulting or HR product / services and sales
- Self-starter, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential.
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategic sales plans through strong client relationships, resulting in consistently exceeding goals.
- Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.
- Outstanding teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills, with tremendous attention to detail.
- Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner.
- Proven ability to solve customer problems and technical issues, pro-actively creating solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
Prior experience in BFSI/Recruitment/FMCG/Real Estate Sales would be preferred.
