Designation: Talent Acquisition Associate

Reporting to: Manager- Human Resources

Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities :

- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

- Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Recruiting, Onboarding the candidates

- Scheduling online tests, telephonic / skype / face to face interviews for shortlisted candidates

- Salary negotiation and closing the mandates within TAT

- Documentation of new joinees

- To maintain daily MIS and reports.

- Talent Management

- Employee Engagement

Additional Qualification:

- Passionate about recruiting and loves meeting new people

- Self- driven

- Willing to work in a dynamic environment

- Decent communication skills
