A Career Services Manager owns the candidates right from the point of inception all the way to the entire life-cycle of the candidate which includes on-boarding, usage tracking & reporting, Resume Improvement and eventually helping the candidate get a suitable job. Position : Manager - Career Services Experience : 0-2 years Location : Delhi Key Responsibilities : - Understand the profile of the candidate - Help him/her register on the right portal along with the right set of keywords. - Match the candidates with available opportunities - Schedule relevant webinars for the candidates - Act as an interface between the company and the candidate - Take ownership in terms of on-boarding/training, usage tracking, reporting. Additional Qualifications : - Self starter, an ability to work in a fast growing, challenging start-up work space - Outstanding teamwork, organisational and interpersonal skills, with tremendous attention to detail - Candidates who can join immediately will be given a preference We are a 120+ member team, mostly in Delhi with presence in Mumbai and Bangalore.
