JOB DESCRIPTION : ABOUT IIFL Wealth & Asset Management : - IIFL Wealth & Asset Management (IIFLWAM) is a mutli-national financial services company, with head-quarters based in Mumbai. - IIFLWAM Group is one of largest distributor of financial products in India and also acts as advisor to various HNI / UHNI clients. IIFLWAM Group also acts as Portfolio Manager / Investment Manager to various Pooled Investment Funds and into Asset Management business in India, Mauritius and Singapore. IIFLWAM also carries out lending activities, primarily Loan against Shares and Property. - IIFL Wealth Management Limited (holding company) is a public listed company, with market capitalization of more than 10,000 Crore. Its wholly owned subsidiary IIFL Wealth Finance Limited (a systematically important NBFC with loan book of more than INR 4,000 Crore) is into lending and its debentures are listed . IIFLWAM is looking out for a candidate at its Mumbai Office, and his / her profile would be as follows : A. Assist in Secretarial Compliance particularly listed company requirements : - Assist Head - Compliance & Company Secretary for handling all listed company compliances including secretarial matters of IIFL Wealth B. Act as Company Secretary of IIFL Wealth Finance (NBFC) : - Independently handle the Secretarial Matter of NBFC as CS and the private placement of debentures: C. Compliance of IIFL Wealth Finance (NBFC) : - Independently handle the RBI and other compliance relating to NBFC business, including framing of lending policies, RBI Filings, RBI capital adequacy monitoring, review of lending documents from compliance perspective, leading and handling the periodic RBI Inspection - The candidate will lead team of 4/5 people and will report to Head - Compliance of IIFLWAM. - The candidate should have atleast 12 years of experience. - The candidate who have handled listed NBFC and NBFC RBI compliances will be preferred. - Candidate should be a CS.
