IIFL Wealth - Credit Risk Role - Real Estate Sector

- Evaluating investment proposals in real estate sector

- Regular monitoring of investments in terms of underlying adequacy of cashflow, security, sales potential

- Managing escrow accounts for collection

- Interacting with developers, lawyers, valuation agency, auditors

- Preparing Credit appraisal notes

- Making presentations to Credit Committee/Board

- Interacting with investors to explain investment rationale and project specifications

Preferred Skills:

- Should be a CA/MBA with around 10 years of experience

- Preferably worked on real estate investments ( either in banks/nbfc/hfc/real estate funds)

- Basic understanding of real estate sector and regulation around it

- Good understanding on financial evaluation model like NPV/IRR/payback period etc.

- Proficient in excel/ppt
