Key Accountabilities:
- Production, analysis, and commentary for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance by the business
- Analytical reports on monitoring sales performance on a periodic basis
- Identifying trends and underperformance to ensure remedial measures are applied via the Regional Managers and all sales activity is delivered in line with revenue, asset, and corpus targets
- To facilitate incentive calculation/ bonus calculation and other sales performance matrix
- Prepare Watchlist as required by the management to track business of clients managed previously by exit RM's.
- To prepare ad-hoc MIS as required by the management on specific parameters
Personal Specifications:
- Ability to analyse and review current processes, identifying areas for improvement and taking appropriate action
- Excellent IT skills ideally with advanced Excel skills
- Ability to look at the bigger picture and understand the impact a course of action can have both in the short term and long term
- Adaptable, tenacious, and energised self-starter who is result orientated
- A highly motivated and passionate team player
